This is easy to do. Get on top of his stall, change the wind, back flip off the side that he would usually push you out, and deku leaf over behind him.
To get rid of Zunari walk up or talk to Zunari he will try to push you out but he will push air! :) Although, he will come back as usual.
This may be harder/impossible after he starts expanding shop.
